In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.We are currently seeking the services of a dedicated First Aid & Student Administration Officer to work at our Pakenham campus, commencing in Term 1 next year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and assist with all aspects of student reception, as well as providing support for a range of general office administration tasks, throughout the week.Some key responsibilities will include the following:Providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyleProviding first aid and dispensing medications to students as requiredProviding support to the school community through the smooth running of the sickbayEnsuring a safe and positive environment so that students can feel they are cared forDealing with parent, student and medical / first aid queries and requestsEnsuring all first aid and medical requirements are met for camps and excursions The successful candidate will also possess the following important characteristics:Demonstrated commitment to the school’s Statement of FaithQualifications and/or experience as a First Aid OfficerExcellent people skills, and a professional and friendly demeanourA high standard of computer literacy including MS Word and ExcelAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to provide a satisfactory Working with Children CheckThe safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
