In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.We are currently seeking to appoint a Food Technology Assistant to commence at our Pakenham campus as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and provide important assistance to the teachers of Food Technology in delivering high quality care and Christian education to our students.Some key responsibilities include assisting in the following ways:Setting up the classroom for practical classesSupervising students during practical classesManaging classroom resources, including shopping for ingredientsThe successful candidate will have obtained the following qualifications and experience:Current and approved first aid qualifications as per regulations (or willingness to train)Prior experience in a similar role (desirable)Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)Successful applicants will need to be in agreement with and model Chairo’s Statement of Faith.The safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
