This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and assist with all aspects of campus reception, as well as providing support for a range of general office administration tasks. Some key responsibilities will include the following:·       Providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle·       Providing first aid and dispensing medications to students as required·       Handling routine administrative procedures·       Attending to reception in a friendly and professional manner·       Providing administrative support to others as required The successful candidate will also possess the following important characteristics:·       Demonstrated commitment to the school’s Statement of Faith·       Qualifications and/or experience in office administration·       Excellent people skills, and a professional and friendly demeanour·       A high standard of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team·       Ability to provide a satisfactory Working with Children CheckThe safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
