In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.We are currently seeking the services of one or more Theatre & Media Assistants to be available to work on a casual basis at our Drouin Campus, commencing in January 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and assist with a range of tasks assigned by the Theatre Technician and Videographer/Photographer.Some key responsibilities will include:providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle;assisting the Theatre Technician with events held in The Balfour, and with sound and lighting in other school locations as required;assisting the Videographer/Photographer with videography and photography (including editing); andundertaking other general theatre and media-related tasks as required.The successful candidate/s will have the following:Demonstrated commitment to the school’s Statement of FaithExperience in theatre or media-related work/study (desirable)Level 2, anaphylaxis and asthma first aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)Friendly and professional demeanourExcellent people and communication skillsReliable and flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work outside normal working hours at timesThe safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
